Created by Vittoria, who has been assisting people in various forms for many years.
I have a background in Admin, logistics, and customer service across various fields. I also used to work as a freelance filmmaker, working mostly on live events. My experience in these areas means I am likely to have a good understanding of your business, which makes communication easier and the work run smoothly.
I made Arvello Desk because I enjoy helping others and working on a variety of projects across different industries. Having worked for myself for several years, I understand that there isn’t always a solid plan and there aren’t always resources for small businesses to have regular employees. Therefore, working with me as and when you need will save you money, with the benefit of working with someone regularly enough for them to understand what you need.

It starts with a conversation. It’s an informal chat, no pressure. We will talk about you and your business, and we can determine how I can assist you.
Lists
Let’s make a list. We can decide what services I can provide for you. Everything is tailor-made here, so you won’t have to sign up for full packages you don’t need.
Let’s make a plan
The plans we make together can be as flexible or set as you’d like. If you want me to do the same task at the same time every week, or if you want to make a new plan each week, it is up to you.

Pricing and Scheduling
Hire me for just the hours you need. There are no hidden costs, no employee taxes to pay, just a clear invoice at the end of the month.
My rate is £18 per hour, which will save you a lot compared to hiring a regular employee.
We can work on an ad hoc basis where you decide the working hours week by week, or you can set up weeks in advance; it’s up to you.
