About

Arvello Desk

Arvello Desk is a personal assistant service run remotely, often referred to as a virtual assistant. I chose not to call it a virtual assistant service due to the AI connotations. I want you to know that you are working with a human who can understand more than just the tasks at hand. Someone who can understand the stress of running a business as well as the interruptions and intertwining of everyday life and a busy work schedule.

There are many types of assistance I can provide you; you can find a summary here, but I really want to know what you need help with. You don’t have to know exactly straight off the bat, but I don’t want you to feel like you have to pay for services you don’t need to get the ones you do.

Arvello Desk is not only a service where you can delegate tasks that are taking up too much of your time, but also a service that provides an ear when you just need to say things out loud and have feedback on setting task priorities and timelines that suit how you work.

Listening is a huge part of how I work. It allows me to identify which areas you are struggling with.

Vittoria Wellen

I started out working as a teaching assistant in schools, and to this day, it is still one of my favourite roles. As I went through university and other stages of life, I moved from working in schools to more office-based assistant roles.

Everywhere I have worked, I have taken the time to learn aspects of roles different from my own so that I could understand how the whole process works. This allowed me to see the bigger picture and to assist my colleagues more efficiently, which helped to reduce their workload. It also means I understand various roles and industries.

I am a person of many hats, the metaphorical kind, and that is one of the reasons I started Arvello Desk. I like the variation of helping different types of businesses in different capacities.

It took me going to university in my mid-20s to realise that I learnt differently from the structure that was provided to me at school before. Since then, I have also worked with various people with differing working and learning styles. I’ve learned that I am able to vary my working style to suit both the task at hand and the people I collaborate with.
